IPM Fittings supply a complete gate hinge assembly kit for self closing gates.  This assembly, which requires fabrication, is very popular for height sensitive installations where the Health and Safety of access personnel is a regulatory requirement such as access platforms and rooftop guardrails.

The gate hinge assembly is supplied as a complete set, ready to weld, including assembly diagram, screws, washers and split pin.  The standard assembly kit is supplied with a galvanised spring housing as standard, but we can supply this item as self colour on request.

The flat ended 3 hole and 1 hole lug plates (shown to the left of the photo below) are intended for welding to wall plates or SHS (Square Hollow Section tube) uprights.

Please specify upon order placement as to the lug plates that are required, as plates to suit CHS (Circular Hollow Section) are supplied as standard.

The single hole lug plate and pin to suit can be puchased for use with gates which do not require the self closing mechanism.
